The Clementine Vest

I’m sure you’ve seen this type of vest on the internet and in stores. It’s super trendy! And personally, I find them gorgeous as they are both comfortable and ellegant.

The Clementine Vest is a sewing pattern with princess seams, faux pockets, and a snap on the back, which gives a flattering fit.

This vest design is practical, can be paired with different pieces of clothing, and can be dressed up in a fabric like Dacron or worn in denim or linen for a more relaxed look.

With two sewing options, you can choose to make the vest fully lined or just with facings, for a quick sew with less fabric.

You can wear the vest on its own, or over a blouse or dress. Keep in mind that if you plan to wear it over clothing, you should leave room for slack, so I recommend using a size larger than your exact size.

The Clementine Vest is designed for medium to heavy woven fabrics with no stretch.

Fabrics such as Gabardine, Dacron, Corduroy, Denim, Leather, Canvas, Linen are recommended.
